南通建设长三角北翼经济中心若干问题研究

A Research on Certain Problems of Nantong's being Economic Center of the Northern Yangtze River Delta

长三角地区南有杭州、宁波,西有苏州、无锡、南京等,以上海为中心,形成了中国经济最发达的城市群,但是在上海北面,迄今尚缺经济中心城市作为接受上海辐射、支持其发展的支撑点。南通地处长江入海口北端,与上海隔江相望,能否建设成为长三角北翼经济中心,这对南通乃至长三角地区的经济发展具有战略意义。

Centered on Shanghai,the economy of the Yangtze River Delta develops admirably,with Hangzhou and Ningbo facing the south,Suzhou,Wuxi and Nanjing facing the west.These cities consist of the most economically developed city group.However,in the north of Shanghai,there is still a shortage of a centre city to accept the influence of Shanghai and support its development.Nantong is located at the northern estuary of the Yangtze River facing Shanghai on the other side.It is of great significance for Nantong to take the role as the centre of the economic center of the northern Yangtze River Delta,which has a strategic meaning even for the whole area.
