非公有制企业党建文化研究——以南通市港闸区秦灶街道为例

A Research on Party-building Culture in Non-public Enterprises ——Taking Qinzao Street of Gangzha District as an example

落实党的十七届六中全会精神,在执政党建设中自觉贯彻文化意识,充实和提升党建文化内涵,引领党的建设和社会文化共同进步,是执政党面临的重大课题。近年来,南通市港闸区秦灶街道非公企业党建工作实现了诸多飞跃,在党建文化方面积累了很多经验。文章对此进行了全面调研和总结,分析了非公企业党建文化的问题和障碍,提出了新时期持续推进非公企业党建文化的对策。

What the Ruling Party is facing is to implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth conference of CPC,to penetrate culture consciousness,to enrich and improve the essence of Party-building culture,as well as to lead the co-progress of Party-building and social culture.Recently,Qinzao Street in Gangzha District of Nantong has accumulated a lot of experience in the work of Party-building in non-public businesses.This paper analyses the problems and obstacles of Party-building culture in non-public businesses and sets forth countermeasures to push forward it during new era based on research and summary.
