Discussion on Animation Talent Training Oriented to Professional Post Group in Higher Vocational Colleges

与当前我国动画产业用人需求与发展相适应,构建高职动画专业人才培养模式,即根据动画职业岗位群的设置与各自的要求构建与之相应的教学体系和专业课程群,以提高学生的职业素质与职业技能。

In order to meet the requirement and development for talents in animation industry,and construct the talent training mode for animation major in vocational colleges,we should set up relevant teaching system and major curriculums in line with the deploy of animation post groups and their requirements to improve students professional qualities and skills.
