摘要
对不同香料烟品种及其杂交F1代的烟叶腺毛密度差异研究表明,各品种间烟叶腺毛密度差异较大,巴斯玛4号烟叶腺毛密度最大,为68.2根.mm-2,显著高于其他组合,说明适宜在该试验地区种植并可作育种亲本加以利用.杂交组合后代中,柯玛蒂尼巴斯玛×伊兹密尔多叶和巴斯玛15号×伊兹密尔多叶组合的F1代总腺毛密度和长柄腺毛密度均显著高于亲本,可继续选育.
Comparison of the trichome density among oriental tobacco germplasms and their filial generations was carried out. The results showed that there were significant differences in trichome density among different oriental tobacco germplasms. The highest trichome density (68.2 trichomes · mm^-2) was possessed by Basma 4, which was significantly higher than the others. It revealed that Basma 4 was suitable to planting in the test plot taking as parental material for breeding. The densities of total and long handle trlchome of Komotini Basma × multi-leaf lzmir and Basma 15 × multi-leaf Izmir were both significantly higher than their parents. These combinations should be continued to select in the near future of breeding.
