摘要
目的采用高效液相(HPLC)法测定黑参中7种人参皂苷Rf、Rg2、Rh1、Rc、Rb2、Rb3、Rd的含量,并建立同时测定7种人参皂苷含量的方法。方法采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长203nm,以外标法进行定量。结果 7种人参皂苷Rf、Rg2、Rh1、Rc、Rb2、Rb3、Rd含量分别为0.06%、0.05%、0.03%、0.02%、0.40%、0.08%、0.23%。结论首次同时对黑参中的人参皂苷进行了含量测定,可作为参类药材同时测定7种人参皂苷含量的方法。
Purpose To establish the method for determining simultaneously seven kinds of ginsenosides Rf, Rg2, Rhl, Rc, Rb2, Rb3, Rd and their contents in black ginseng by HPLC. Methods HPLC was carried out on Agilent Echpse XDB-C18(4.6mmx250 nun, 5p.m)with acetonitrile-water, gradient elution, the volume of flow 1.0 mL .min-1 and detection wavelength 203nm Results The contents of seven kinds of ginsenosides in black ginseng were 0.06% ,0.05% .0.03% ,0.02% ,0.40% ,0.08% ,0.23%. Conclusions The contents of ginsenosides ingredients in black ginseng were detenmned in the first time. The established method can be used in determining the contents of multiple ginsenosides in herb ginseng simultanesly.
