摘要
工作倦怠已成为全球性的常见现象。从管理的角度出发,通过问卷调查、统计分析的研究方法,以高校女教师为研究对象,对工作倦怠的组织变量的调查研究结果显示:高校女教师工作倦怠的总体程度不高;工作倦怠与工作应激呈显著性正相关;工作倦怠与组织承诺各维度、组织公平各维度均呈显著负相关。
Job burnout becomes a world-wide phenomenon.According to the survey,job performance of university female teachers is medium-high,work stress significantly positively correlated with their job burnout,dimensionality of organizational commitment and dimensionality of organizational justice significantly negatively correlated with factors of university female teachers job burnout.
