随着市场的发展,各个产业对物流服务提出了更高的要求。物流业的外部融合能使各个产业对物流服务的差别化需求得到更好的满足。针对目前物流业的发展趋势,提出了物流业产业融合的定义,界定了物流产业外部融合的内涵。其次从分工与协作的角度研究了物流产业外部融合的基础,深入分析了物流业外部融合的内在动因及外在动因,并在此基础上提出了物流的外部融合路径。

With the development of the market,each industry has a higher demand for logistics services.The external amalgamation of logistics industry can satisfy the different logistics services needs of various industries still more.According to the current development trend of the logistics industry,we define the logistics industrial amalgamation and the connotation of the external amalgamation of logistics industry.We analyze the basis of logistics industry＇s external amalgamation from the division and cooperation angle,and further research,intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation of logistics industry＇s external amalgamation.Based on it,we find the path of the external amalgamation of the logistics industry.
