摘要
为了延长炮管使用寿命,以金属表面摩擦自修复机理为基础,研制了一种炮管用磨损烧蚀修复材料,在100mm滑膛炮及130mm线膛炮上进行了射击修复试验,对内膛修复效果及身管延寿效果进行了分析,证明以该种方式进行火炮身管延寿是可行的,为火炮身管延寿提供了一种新的技术途径。
A new technique for smoothing the surface of gun barrel bore was researched in this paper. In order to prolong the life of gun barrel, the Material for renovating the abrasion and ablation of gun barrel bore was made based on the machanism of friction materials to repair. The firing tests on the lOOmm and 130ram guns used the material were completed , barrel life by online renovation. the results proved that it is feasible to increse the gun
