摘要
通过对运输机主轴防尘盖的结构与尺寸精度的分析,提出了几种加工工艺方案,对各方案进行了论证,最终确定了采用复合模成形该零件,同时还介绍了生产防尘盖模具的结构和设计要点,实践证明该模具成形的零件毛刺小,生产效率高,成本低,较好的解决了工件两端大小深度不一,底部易拉裂的问题,达到了预期目标。
Several processing plans for a dust cap of transport spindle were put forward after a discussion on the component structure and dimensional tolerance.A compound die was adopted to form the component.Then the die structure and the key points in the design were stated.The application shows that the product has minimal burrs,high efficiency,low cost,slove the depth of the workpiece at both ends of different size and the bottom easy to crack.and achieve the expected goals.
