管理视角下高职学生压力源探析——广东农工商职业技术学院学生压力调查

Analysis on the Pressure Source of Vocational College Students under the Management Perspective——Research of Pressure from Guangdong AIB Polytechnical College Students

以我校学生压力调查为依据,从目前高职生主要面临学习、家庭经济困难和高校生活环境等方面的压力,分析出压力源于部分高职生缺乏有效的学习方法,缺乏教师对学生学习方法引导;源于农村和城市平民的子女家庭经济不宽裕,高校学费、生活费偏高;源于家庭经济状况较好的子女缺乏生活环境适应力等。为了营造幸福校园,解决学生的思想与实际生活困难,故此,研究学生面临的主要压力,寻求缓解学生压力的途径具有现实意义。

Basing on the research of presure of Guangdong AIB Polytechnical College students,this paper analysis the vocational college students＇ have to face to the presure which came from learning,family financial difficulties and college living environment.The presure problem in learning came from some of students who lacking of effective methods of learning and learning guide fromteacher.The presure problem in family financial difficulties which including the family economy was not good,and the cost of college tuition was too high to student.The presure problem in college living environment came from some of students who lacking of resilience of the living environment with good family finances.In order to create a happy campus and solve the problme of students＇s mind and living,this paper has practical significance in relieve the students＇ pressure by research on what the pressure the students have to face.
