摘要
平衡计分卡是综合评价企业绩效的一种基本方法。为此,在利用平衡计分卡的管理思想的基础上,以某石油企业人力资源部为例,对石油企业的绩效管理进行了系统的设计,为石油企业的绩效管理提供了一种新思路和新方法。
Personal balanced scorecard is one basic method to evaluate enterprises performance comprehensively. Therefore, based on the management idea of using balanced scorecard, the performance management of petroleum enterprises is designed systematically by the example of labor resource department of some petroleum enterprise. This study provides one new thought and method for performance management of petroleum enterprises.
