摘要
从精神激励的视角,在需要理论的指导下,结合中层管理者特点和外企中层管理者精神需求的问题,提出和讨论了建立基于成就需要的目标激励、基于权利需要的信任激励、基于尊重需要的荣誉激励、基于社交需要的情感激励、基于自我实现需要的发展激励的外企中层管理者精神激励模式。
Under the guidance of the theory of need, combined with the characteristics of middle - level managers and the problems of spiritual incentive for middle -level managers in foreign enterprises, how to establish the spiritual incentive model for middle -level managers in foreign enterprises is put forward and discussed from the perspective of spirit incentive. This model includes the goal incentive based on achievement needs, the trust incentive based on power needs, the honor incentive based on respect needs, the emotion incen- tive based on social communication needs and the development incentive need based on the needs of self- realization.
