MUC4蛋白在口腔疣状癌表达的免疫组化研究

目的:研究MUC 4在口腔疣状癌的表达情况,探讨其在口腔疣状癌发生发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法,对18例口腔疣状癌、26口腔鳞癌和14例正常口腔黏膜MUC 4蛋白进行检测,并与临床病理参数比较。结果:口腔疣状癌和鳞癌组织中MUC 4蛋白表达显著高于正常黏膜(P<0.05),不同临床类型口腔疣状癌的蛋白表达无显著差异(P>0.05);MUC 4蛋白的表达与性别、年龄、发病部位、临床分期无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论:口腔疣状癌和鳞癌中MUC 4蛋白呈上调表达,蛋白的表达可能与肿瘤的恶性程度相关。

Objective：To study the expression of MUC 4 in oral verrucous carcinoma（OVC）,and its role in the development of OVC.Methods： By immunohistochemistry,MUC 4 protein expression was studied in 18 OVCs,oral squamous carcinomas（OSCC） and 14 normal mucosas（NM）,and the relation between protein expression and clinopathologic features was studied.Results： MUC 4 protein in OVC/OSCC was significantly higher than NM（P0.05）,no significant difference was found among different types of tumor（P0.05）.Conclusion： MUC 4 protein was up-expressed in OVC and OSCC,it may take part in the development of tumor.
