高校基层党组织推行党员岗位管理的思考与实践——以闽西职业技术学院机械工程系党总支为例

摘要 党员岗位管理是新形势下加强党组织和党员队伍建设的创新实践,是建立健全党员管理机制的积极探索。党员岗位管理将党性要求具体落实到岗位中,具有标的目的性、要求结合性、内容公开性、考核严肃性等特点。闽西职业技术学院机械系党总支积极推行党员岗位管理,创新党员管理模式,有效提高党建科学化水平,有效推动创先争优活动深入开展,有效增强基层组织活力。 The post management for the Party members is the innovation practice to strengthen the construction for the Party organizations and teams.It is an active exploration to establish and perfect the management mechanism of the Party members.The post management of Party members implements the requirements of the Party spirit to specific positions,with the features of purposive target,associative requirements,opening content and serious assessment etc.The general Party branch of Minxi Vocational and Technical College implements the Party post management actively and innovates the mode of the management.In addition,it improves the scientific level of the Party building,promotes the development of 'to be excellent' activities and strengthens the activity of the basic level organizations effectively.
