摘要
目的:探讨bcl-2基因表达在乳腺癌诊断和治疗监测中的应用。方法:采用荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)技术检测20例健康女性体检者、30例良性乳腺肿瘤和81例乳腺癌外周血中bcl-2基因表达,化学发光法检测其CA153、CA125和CEA,并进行对比分析。结果:bcl-2对乳腺癌诊断灵敏度显著高于CA153、CA125和CEA。四种指标在手术和化疗后均显著下降。结论:bcl-2基因表达水平可有效监测乳腺癌的诊断、治疗和预后。
Objective:To discuss clinical application of bcl-2 gene expression in the diagnosis and therapy of breast cancer.Methods: Clinical samples of 20 health women,81 patients with benign breast disease and 56 patients with malign breast disease were detected by FQ-PCR.CA153,CA125 and CEA were detected by chemical luminous method,and the results were analyzed.Results: The sensitivity of bcl-2 to diagnosis breast cancer was higher than those of CA153,CA125 and CEA.Four index were declining after operation and chemotherapy.Conclusion: Gene expression of bcl-2 can give objective evidence to the diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of breast cancer.
