bcl-2基因表达和其它肿瘤标志物在乳腺癌诊断中的应用

Clinical application of bcl-2 gene expression in the diagnosis of breast cancer

目的:探讨bcl-2基因表达在乳腺癌诊断和治疗监测中的应用。方法:采用荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)技术检测20例健康女性体检者、30例良性乳腺肿瘤和81例乳腺癌外周血中bcl-2基因表达,化学发光法检测其CA153、CA125和CEA,并进行对比分析。结果:bcl-2对乳腺癌诊断灵敏度显著高于CA153、CA125和CEA。四种指标在手术和化疗后均显著下降。结论:bcl-2基因表达水平可有效监测乳腺癌的诊断、治疗和预后。

Objective：To discuss clinical application of bcl-2 gene expression in the diagnosis and therapy of breast cancer.Methods： Clinical samples of 20 health women,81 patients with benign breast disease and 56 patients with malign breast disease were detected by FQ-PCR.CA153,CA125 and CEA were detected by chemical luminous method,and the results were analyzed.Results： The sensitivity of bcl-2 to diagnosis breast cancer was higher than those of CA153,CA125 and CEA.Four index were declining after operation and chemotherapy.Conclusion： Gene expression of bcl-2 can give objective evidence to the diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of breast cancer.
