高校学生党员目标管理的实践与认识——以福建师范大学协和学院经济与法学系党总支为例

The practice and theory of management by objective for college Party members——A case study in the General Party Branch of Economy and Law Department of Concord University College in Fujian Normal University

高校党建存在重发展、轻培养现象,学生党员教育管理也存在诸多问题,如形式较陈旧、内容较单一、效果不明显等等。学生党员教育实行目标管理,是高校党员教育管理模式的一个创新、一次提升,有助于进一步激发基层组织活力,发挥党员主体作用,有效提升学生党员党性修养,进而扎实推进高校学生党建工作。

In the college Party construction,the common phenomenon shows that the development of student Party members is valued but the cultivation of student Party members is underestimated.Moreover,there exist some problems in the education of student Party members,such as old educational modes,simple content,insignificant effects,and so on.The college should carry out the management by objective,which is an innovative pattern for the management of the college Party construction.This pattern will stimulate the primary organization at most,bring the main role of Party members into full play and cultivate the Party spirit of student Party members,so as to advance student Party construction in the college.
