摘要
患者男，32岁，2007年1月感全身酸痛，行走乏力，偶感有鼻塞，在当地医院检查示骨质疏松，经补钙等对症治疗无效，右鼻塞及全身酸痛渐进性加重，2008年3月开始不能行走，并出现有鼻腔间歇性出血，头晕、头痛，张口呼吸，于2009年7月入院。体格检查：张口呼吸，外鼻无畸形，右面颊部压痛；右鼻腔见结节状肿物，触之易出血，麻黄素收缩欠他，左鼻腔受压久通畅，
