归红油膏治疗新生儿硬肿症105例疗效观察

Clinical observation of 105 cases of King Care Herbal Skin Ointment in the treatment of neonatal scleredema

目的:观察归红油膏治疗新生儿硬肿症的疗效。方法:将155例新生儿硬肿症患儿随机分为2组,治疗组105例,对照组50例。对照组用综合疗法,治疗组在综合治疗基础上局部涂搓归红油膏。2组均以3 d为1个疗程。结果:总有效率、显效率治疗组分别为96.19%,75.24%,对照组分别为66.00%,22.00%,2组比较,差异均有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。治疗组平均治疗时间为(5.86±1.649)d,对照组为(9.72±2.268)d,2组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:归红油膏治疗新生儿硬肿症疗效显著,疗程短,无不良反应,临床应用方便。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of King Care Herbal Skin Ointment in the treatment of neonatal scleroderma. Methods ： Randomly put 155 cases of neonatal scleroderma patient into 2 groups, 105 cases into treatment group, 50 cases into control group. Control group was treated comprehensively, while the treatment group was treated with King Care Herbal Skin Ointment on the bases of control group treatment, 3 days for one course for each group. Results： Total effective rate and remarkable effective rate for treatment group were 96.19%, 75.24% , for control group were 66.00% ,22.00%. The difference between the 2 groups had great statistic signif-icance（P〈0.01）. The mean treatment time for treatment group was （5.86±1. 649） days, for control group was （ 9.72±2. 268 ） days. The difference between the 2 groups had statistic significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of King Care Herbal Skin Ointment in the treatment of neonatal scleroderma is obvious, with short course and easy use, without side effect.
