中药外敷治疗婴儿湿疹82例

82 cases of TCM external use in the treatment of infant eczema

目的:观察中药外敷治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法:所有患儿均采用中药外敷治疗,2～3次/d,15～20 min/次,7 d为1个疗程。结果:82例患儿中,临床治愈64例,占78.05%;显效10例,占12.20%;好转5例,占6.09%;无效3例,占3.66%。总有效率为96.34%。结论:中药外敷治疗婴儿湿疹,药液直达病所,作用迅速,疗效显著,经济实惠,安全可靠,患儿易于接受,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of TCM external use in the treatment of infant eczema. Methods： All the infants were treated with external use of TCM, 2 -3 times per day, 15 -20 minutes per times, 7 days was a course of treatment. Results： In the 82 cases, the cured were 64, accounting for 78.05% ; 10 obvious effect, for 12.20% ; 5 got improved, for 6.09% ; 3 ineffective, for 3.66% , with a total effective rate of 96. 34%. Conclusion ： External use of TCM in the treatment of infant eczema makes direct contact, gets quick interaction and remarkable effect, saving money, safe and sound with satisfaction, which deserves generalization.
