针刺治疗小儿自闭症的研究进展

The study progress of acupuncture treatment of pediatric autism

综述了目前针刺治疗小儿自闭症的方法,一般以单一疗法(单纯针刺、电针、头皮针、舌针、七星针)和综合疗法(针刺配合行为、语言、推拿、按摩及穴位注射)为主,阐述了针刺治疗的机制。在肯定疗效的同时,希望在今后的临床研究中进一步确定针刺的临床价值,从而为自闭症患儿提供一个行之有效的治疗手段。

At present, pediatric autism acupuncture treatment take simple therapy （ simple acupuncture, e lectric needle, scalp needle, tongue needle, seven star needle） and comprehensive therapy （ acupuncture plus act, language, massage, acupuncture injection） as the main method. The mechanism study is discussed. It is hoped that in the future study the clinical value of acupuncture should be determined to provide a workable therapy for the autism patients.
