摘要
通过对乌饭叶多酚粗提物清除DPPH自由基能力与还原力的测定,初步研究乌饭叶多酚的抗氧化能力。结果表明,乌饭叶多酚粗提取物具有一定的清除自由基能力与还原力,但是清除自由基的能力略低于VE,还原力较VC弱。
Antioxidant capacity of crude extract of Leaves of Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb.was studied by scavenging on DPPH and reducing power.The results showed that crude extract had some antioxidant capacity,but capacity of scavenging on DPPH was lower than Vitamin E,reducing power was lower than Vitamin C.
