摘要
为了探究原花青素对细胞膜氧化受损的抑制作用以及浓度和抑制程度之间的关系。将兔血制成1%红细胞(RBC)悬液,制造H2O2氧化模型,再加入不同浓度的原花青素溶液,最后测定红细胞溶血量、膜的通透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量。随着原花青素浓度的增高,溶血百分比相应的增大。浓度为0.2 mg/L~0.4 mg/L的原花青素对脂质氧化抑制效果最明显。原花青素可以抑制细胞氧化损害,而且在一定范围内和原花青素的浓度呈正相关。
The destination upon the research was to explore the inhibition of procyanidins on cell membrane oxidative damage,as well as the relationship between procyanidins concentration and the inhibition.We manipulated 1 % rabbit blood erythrocytes(RBC) suspension and manufacture H2O2 oxidation model.The experimental group was treated with different concentration of procyanidins solutions before joining the H2O2.hemolysis,cell membrane permeability,and malondialdehyde(MDA) level of which was determined.Compared with CK group,procyanidins treatment resulted in a dose-dependent decrease of hemolytic degree and MDA content.When the concentration of procyanidins was between 0.2mg/L and 0.4 mg/L,antioxidant was most obvious effect.Procyanidin had the capability of inhibiting hydroperoxide-induced hemolysis and peroxidetion of RBC,which was positively associated with concentration of procyanidins with limitation.
