摘要
作为"奶黄金"的干酪,是西方国家乳制品的主要消费点,而在我国仅仅处于起步阶段,其消费量和消费形式相差甚远。随着干酪营养和食用方式的认识、干酪国产化进程的加快,会有越来越多的人接受符合中国人口味、价格亦"平民化"的干酪,届时,干酪的消费潜力将极大的发挥出来。本文介绍了干酪的营养成分,并且分析了我国干酪的市场现状和产业前景。
Cheese is the main point of consumption in Western countries,while in China only in its infancy.There was a wide gap between on its consumption and consumption pattern.With the understanding of nutrition and cooking techniques,and localization of cheese,there will be more and more people accept the cheese.Potential of cheese will be brought into play.This article described the nutritional content of cheese,and analyzes the current situation in China and industrial cheese market prospects.
