摘要
概述紫苏叶精油常用的提取方法、主要的化学成分、紫苏叶精油在抗氧化、保护肝脏、抗菌消炎等方面的生理活性以及其在食品、保健、医药、化工等领域应用状况的最新研究进展,并且分析我国关于紫苏叶精油研发应用仍存在缺口的原因,以期为紫苏叶精油的进一步探究、利用与创新提供理论基础和实践依据。
This paper gives an account of the latest research of Perilla essential oil on the common extraction,main chemical composition,physiological activities,such as antioxidant,protecting the liver,anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory,as well as the application in food,health care,medicine,and chemical industry.Besides,it analyzes the reason why there exists weakness on the research and developing of essential oil from folium perillae in our country.Therefore,this text is in the expectation to provide theoretical support and practical reference on further exploration,utilization and innovation of essential oil from folium perillae.
