摘要
针对一款1L、四气门、高压共轨、两缸增压中冷柴油机,对两种发火顺序的优缺点进行了分析,确定了360℃A的发火顺序.利用气门正时优化和DOE软件对配气相位进行了优化,得到发动机在低速、最大扭矩、额定功率工况时不同的配气相位对柴油机的充量系数、燃油消耗和泵气损失的影响.兼顾柴油机的高低速性能,选择了合理的配气相位并进行试验.试验结果表明,柴油机涡前排温降低了10℃,低速扭矩增加了5N.m,燃油消耗降低了6g/kW·h.
Aimed at a 2-cylinder,4 valves per cylinder,common-rail,turbocharged diesel engine,the advantages and disadvantages of different firing orders are analyzed,and 360℃ A is chosen thereafter.The valve timing optimization software and DOE software are adopted to optimize and determine the influence of valve timing on the volumetric efficiency,brake specific fuel consumption,pumping mean effective pressure.Considering high and low performance speed,the valve timing is defined.It is shown through the test results that the exhaust temperature reduces 10℃,the low end torque increases 5N·m,and the fuel consumption reduces 6g/kW·h.
