中医适宜技术治疗社区老年原发性高血压患者疗效观察

Efficacy of Appropriate Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Community Senile Essential Hypertension

目的探讨中医适宜技术治疗社区老年原发性高血压患者的效果。方法将老年原发性高血压患者随机分为两组,对照组120例仅服用西药;治疗组120例在服用原有西药的基础上,采用耳穴贴压与针灸等中医适宜技术治疗,观察两组治疗前后的血压变化。结果两组患者治疗后临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后患者收缩压、舒张压水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上加用中医适宜技术治疗原发性高血压疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of appropriate technology intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of community advanced patients with essential hypertension. Methods 240 advanced hypertension patients were randomly divided into control group （120） taking the western medicine only and therapy group （120） receiving such TCM treat- ment of appropriate technologies as auricular acupressure, acupuncture and so on, plus the original western medicine. Observe the changes of the blood pressure before and after the treatment. Results There was significant difference in clinical efficacy be- tween the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. The difference was also statistically significant in shrink pressure and diastolic pressure after treatment （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Appropriate technology intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine plus the conventional western medicine in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension has an exact curative effect and is worthy of clinical appli- cation.
