彩色多普勒超声诊断急性心肌梗死合并室间隔穿孔三例

Three Patients of Acute Myocardial Infarction Combined with Interventricular Septal Rupture Diagnosed by Doppler Echocardiography

室间隔穿孔是急性心肌梗死后严重并发症之一,病情凶险,死亡率高,可迅速发生急性心力衰竭而死亡。本文报道的3例急性心肌梗死合并室间隔穿孔患者均由彩色多普勒超声早期明确诊断,典型图像为室间隔可见连续性中断,彩色多普勒血流显像示自左室向右室五彩镶嵌样过隔血流信号。

Interventricular septal rupture is one of the most serious complications of acute myocardial infarction with se- vere condition and high mortality rate, and it can lead to death due to acute heart failure. The three patients in this paper were di- agnosed with acute myocardial infarction combined with interventricular septal rupture by Doppler echocardiography. Its typical im- age is interventricular discontinuity. Color Doppler flow imaging shows muhicolor mosaic blood flowing from left ventricular to the right.
