穿心莲内酯磺酸盐注射液佐治儿童急性病毒性下呼吸道感染疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Andrographolide Sulfosalt Injection in Treating Children with Acute Viral Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:探讨穿心莲内酯磺酸盐(喜炎平)佐治儿童急性病毒性下呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:选择2008年1月～2010年12月在我院儿科住院的急性下呼吸道感染患儿120例(病原学检查为病毒感染),随机分为两组。对照组给予止咳化痰、平喘等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用穿心莲内酯磺酸盐注射液0.2～0.4 mL/(kg.d),对照组在常规治疗基础上加用利巴韦林注射液10 mg/(kg.d),均用5%葡萄糖注射液稀释后静脉滴注,1次/d,连用7 d。结果:治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率75.0%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.57,P<0.01)。治疗组在退热时间、气喘改善时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部体征消失时间、胸部X线恢复正常时间及住院天数等方面均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:穿心莲内酯磺酸盐注射液佐治儿童急性病毒性下呼吸道感染疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate the treatment of children with acute viral lower respiratory tract infection.Methods：From January 2008 to December 2010,120 cases of pediatric inpatients in our hospital,whose virus tests were positive with acute lower respiratory tract infection,were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of routine treatment,the treatment group was treated with andrographolide sulfosalt injection of 0.2~0.4 mL/（kg·d）,the control group with ribavirin injection of 10 mg/（kg·d）,with 5% glucose injection diluted intravenous infusion,once daily,for 7 days.Results：The total effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group,and 75.0% in control group,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（χ2=7.57,P0.01）.In the treatment group defervescence time,pulmonary symptoms disappearance time,chest X-ray recovery time,length of hospital stay and other aspects were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusions：Andrographolide sulfosalt injection in the treatment of children＇s viral lower respiratory tract infection has significant effect.
