Analysis of Current Sub-corruption in Universities and Its Countermeasures

大学"亚腐败"如同潜携的病毒,剖析其边界定性的模糊性、参与主体的群体性、外显内储的多样性、运行过程的半隐蔽性、社会认同的广泛性、负面影响的衍生性、叠加效应的潜移性、教育惩处的宽软性等八性,继而有针对性地前位修治、中位厘治、后位矫治,构建反腐倡廉的有效教化系统、科学管理系统、严密惩防系统,利于推进高校廉政治理。

Sub-corruption in universities is similar to a virus which hides itself in its body.It can be analyzed in the following eight respects：its ambiguity in terms of distinguishing corruption from sub-corruption,its common features of people involved,its diversity in the form of manifestation,its semi-disguise under control of operational process,its universality of social identity,its derivativeness of negative impact,its slow yet steady character of duplicate effect,and its leniency in education and punishment.It follows that the analysis is of significant reference and value to the combat of sub-corruption in universities with a view to building a favorable education and indoctrination system,scientific management system,severe prevention and punishment system,etc.,hence,the construction of a clean and honest university administration by means of self-cultivation and self-discipline first,mutual supervision then,and ultimate correction at last.
