关于全程就业指导服务体系建设的研究与实践

The Study and Practice of Constructing the Whole Journey's Employment Guidance Service System

随着高等教育从精英化阶段向大众化阶段的转变,就业问题越来越成为全社会关注的焦点。就业指导是高职院校人才培养工作的重要组成部分。从高职院校开展全程就业指导服务体系建设的必要性着手,分析了目前高职院校就业指导工作的现状,提出了高职院校开展全程就业指导服务体系建设的对策,即必须构建三个系统:社会支援系统、个体内化系统、学校援助系统。

With the transition from elite stages to popular stages for higher education, employment problem has gained more and more attention by the whole society. Employment guidance is the important composing part of talents＇ training work in higher vocational colleges. Starting fi＇om the necessity of developing the construction of the whole journey＇ employment guidance service system in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the present condition pf employment guidance work in higher vocational colleges. It puts forward its countermeasures which should construct three systems, including social supporting system, individual inner system and colleges＇ supporting system.
