素能结合型人才的职业技能培养研究

Study on Vocational Skills' Cultivation for Quality-ability Combined Talents

高等职业教育已经成为现代国民教育体系的组成部分,随着素质教育理念的确立,对高等职业教育也提出了更高的要求。因此,以素能结合型人才为高职院校的人才培养目标,从学生职业技能培养过程中暴露出的诸如实训环境和设施有待完善、忽视学生职业素质培养、学生自主实践能力较差等问题着手,探讨职业技能培养方案有着重要的理论价值和实际意义。

Higher vocational education has become the composing part of modem national education system. As the establishment of quality education concept, it puts forward higher demand for higher vocational education. Therefore, this paper discusses the important theory value and practical meaning of vocational skills＇ cultivation scheme with the talents＇ training goal of quality-ability combined talents in higher vocational colleges in such problems as the imperfect of practical training environment and facilities, the ignorance of students, vocational quality cultivation, and the poor students＇ practical ability, which emerge in the process of students＇ vocational skills cultivation.
