Innovating the Mechanism of College-enterprise Cooperation System to Cultivate High-quality Skills Talents

我国高职教育校企合作虽然取得了快速发展,但仍面临着许多体制机制性障碍和问题,影响了其进一步发展。为此,借鉴国外职业教育发展经验,提出了与企业探索联办二级学院;校企共建校企合作理事会或校企合作委员会;建立"校中厂"、"厂中校"实训基地;开展成建制顶岗实习;实行"订单"培养;加强师资队伍建设;坚持产学研结合等发展高职教育新举措。

Although college-enterprise cooperation has achieved rapid development in our country＇s higher vocational education, it faces many barr/ers and problems of systematic mechanism, which affect its further development. Therefore, using the development experience of vocational education for reference in foreign countries, it puts forward the new measures of developing higher vocational education, such as running second-level college with enterprises jointly, constructing college-enterprise combining council and committee together, establishing practical training base of factories in colleges and colleges in factories, developing Dinggang internship, implementing order training, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, and sticking to production-study-research combination.
