高职院校的英语课程改革是一个系统工程,如果不改变教与学的方式模式,就会失去意义。课程设置应该与学校自身确定的教学目标相衔接,课程建设也要紧随培养目标,符合学生的成长规律。同时,课程建设应该考虑到学生这个年龄段的认知水平,特别要关注学生因个体差异所产生的不同类型的成长需要。
