全面提高高等职业教育教学质量是实施科教兴国战略的必然要求,也是其自身发展的客观要求。为全面提高教学质量,对高职房地产专业的房地产法规课程所面临的教学困境与原因展开分析,从选择教材、改进教法、培养学生学习兴趣与树立自信等方面进行了有益探索与实践,取得了较好的效果。

It is the necessary requirement of implementing the Strategy of rejuvenating China through science and technologyto fully improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education, which is also the objective demand of its development. In order to improve teaching quality completely, this paper analyzes the teaching difficulty and reason of Real Estate Regulations curriculum in the major of higher vocational real estate. It makes exploration and practice from choosing teaching materials, improving teaching method, cultivating students＇ learning interest and establishing self-contidenee, which has achieved the bettereffect.
