摘要 我国高职院校多是由中专学校转变过来的,教师科研素养较低,教育改革思想观念落后,求知欲和上进心不强,科研意识更是淡薄,缺乏互助合作的团队精神及正确的科研动机。高职院校应该充分认识到提高教师科研素质的重要性,并采取有针对性的措施,制定切实有效的科研激励机制和制约机制,搭建科研平台,培养科研骨干,来提高高职教师的科研素质,使高职院校科研工作能够良性发展。 Higher vocational colleges are mostly changed from technical secondary schools. Teachers' scientific research quality is low, and their educational reform idea is backward. Their appetite for knowledge and desire to advance is not strong. The scientific research consciousness is even weak. They are lack of mutual cooperative teamwork and con-ect scientific research motivation. Higher vocational colleges should fully understand the importance of promoting teachers' scientific research quality, and adopt targeted measures. They need to set up effective scientific research stimulating mechanism and restricting mechanism, establishing scientific research platform and 1raining the backbone of scientific research to promote teachers' scientific research quality so that the scientific research work in higher vocational colleges has the sound development.
