高职院校学生干部作为学生工作的积极组织者和执行者,所担负的任务是辅学员和其他教师所无法替代的。本文基于多年工作实践,提出利用层次分析法在高职院校中开展学生干部的选拔工作。分析了当前高校学生干部队伍选拔中存在的问题,针对当前学生干部自身存在的不足,提出了加强和改进高校学生干部队伍选拔与培养的重点。
