摘要
为了合理利用新乡红花,收集了新乡不同居群的红花材料,优选12个株系进行试验,采用HLPC法对不同供试材料的花及不同发育期植株进行腺苷和红花黄色素A含量的测定及分析。结果表明:植株中腺苷含量表现为从莲座期到薹期逐渐升高、蕾期迅速降低、到花期又逐渐升高的动态变化;腺苷1-3含量较高,为154.50μg/g;H-33抽薹前期腺苷含量为636.90μg/g,花中红花黄色素A含量为13.24~19.93 mg/g,3-10最高。H-33可以作为红花苗菜的育种材料;3-10和1-3花、种子产量及有效成分含量等表现较优,可以作为新乡红花产区药用红花的农家品种推广种植。
To make use of safflower seed resource in Xinxiang city, different safflower materials located in Xinxiang were gathered. 12 better plants selected among them were carried out for spot experiment. Adenosine and safflower yellow A content in flower and plant were measured by HLPC. The results showed that the adenosine content in plant rose gradually from sedge stage to bud stage, and then reduced, the adenosine content of H-33 got 636.90 μg/g, safflower yellow pigment A content in flower reached 13.24-19.93 mg/g, the content of 3-10 was the highest. The adenosine content of 1-3 was higher for 154.50 μg/g. H-33 could be treated as seedling dish. The contents of 3-10 flower, seed yield and effective component showed superior, followed by 1-3. Therefore they could be planted as medical safflower in Xinxiang safflower region.
