广东省甘蔗产业发展战略研究

Development strategy analysis of sugarcane industry in Guangdong province

广东省是我国甘蔗生产的主产区,是国家三大甘蔗优势区域之一,具有大力发展甘蔗产业的基础和条件。本研究利用SWOT-AHP法,从广东省甘蔗产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战等4个方面,设置了甘蔗优势区域、国内食糖需求旺盛、生产成本提高、蔗糖体制落后等20个评价指标,对广东省甘蔗产业发展战略进行分析。结果表明,广东省甘蔗产业发展应采取依靠自身优势和利用外部有利环境的SO发展战略,以实现其快速发展。

Guangdong province was the major sugarcane producing area and one of the three sugarcane superior regions with the foundation and condition to strive to develop sugarcane industry. Twenty indexes from the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and treats of sugarcane industry in Guangdong province, for example one of sugarcane superior regions, increase in sugar demand, cost push, out- dated sugarcane system, were analyzed with SWOT-AHP method. The results indicated that Guangdong province should take SO strategy to achieve the rapid development of sugarcane industry depending on both its own advantages and external environment.
