摘要
农业是国民经济的基础,农业R&D是提高农业技术水平、实现农业可持续发展的基本保障。河北省虽为农业大省,然而其农业R&D水平并不高,R&D还没有成为河北省农业发展的重要支撑。在国内外对农业R&D效率研究的基础上,通过对河北省农业R&D效率的实证分析,得知河北省农业R&D效率较低,且存在明显的地区差异性。最后提出河北省提高农业R&D效率的对策和建议。
Agriculture is the foundation of national economy. Agricultural R＆D is the basic security to improve the level of agricultural technology and achieve sustainable development. Although Hebei is a agricultural major province, its agricultural R＆D level is not high, R＆D has not yet become an important support to agricultural development in Hebei province. Based on the research on R＆D efficiency of agriculture in domestic and tbreign, this paper came to agricultural R＆D efficiency in Hebei was low and there were significant regional differences through empirical analyses to R＆D efficiericncy of agriculture in Hebei. At last, proposed strategies and adviced to improve R ＆ D efficiency of agriculture in Hebei province,
