变电站视频监控系统的高效视频压缩方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 为提高视频编码效率,满足监测用户对变电站视频监控系统高清图像质量的要求,通过分析国际上视频编码相关技术的研究现状,结合MPEG-x系列标准技术和H.26x系列标准技术,提出基于动态纹理建模的视频编码方法,改进了帧间预测的精度。仿真实验结果:对于分辨率为176 dpi×144 dpi的视频序列,该方法比H.264标准算法图像质量提高了0.06 dB,码率减小了1.05%;对于分辨率为416 dpi×240 dpi的视频序列,该方法比H.264标准算法图像质量提高了0.17 dB,码率减小了3.22%。仿真实验结果表明该方法相比目前主流的H.264标准算法,进一步提升了压缩效率。 In order to improve video coding efficiency and meet requirements of users on HD images of video supervisory control system,this paper,through analysis on status quo of video coding techniques in the world,proposes a video coding method based on dynamic texture modeling in combination with MPEG-x series standard technique and H.26x series standard technique for the sake of interframe forecast.The simulation experiment shows that the method improves image quality by 0.06 dB higher than H.264 standard algorithm for video sequence of 176 dpi×144 dpi and the code rate is reduced by 1.05%;for video sequence of 416 dpi×240 dpi,the method improves image quality by 0.17 dB higher than H.264 standard algorithm and the code rate is reduced by 3.22%.The result of simulation experiment shows that the method can improve coding efficiency comparing with currently popular H.264 standard algorithm.
