酸性离子液体中催化氧化环己烯清洁合成己二酸 被引量:7

Clean Synthesis of Adipic Acid by Catalytic Oxidation of Cyclohexene in Acidic Ionic Liquid

摘要 在无有机溶剂和卤素的条件下,以钨酸/酸性离子液体为催化体系、质量分数30%的双氧水为氧化剂,催化氧化环己烯合成己二酸.当n(环己烯)∶n(钨酸)∶n(N-甲基咪唑硫酸氢盐([HMIM]HSO4))∶n(双氧水)=50∶1∶5∶220(离子液体用量为10 mmol)时回流反应7.5 h,己二酸的分离产率可达90.5%.且离子液体廉价易制备、环境友好、可重复使用. Without any organic solvent and halide,oxidation of cyclohexene to adipic acid with aqueous 30% hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by tungstic acid/acidic ionic liquids was carried out.When the molar ratio of cyclohexene,tungstic acid,N-Methylimidazolium hydrosulfate(HSO4) and hydrogen peroxide was 50∶1∶5∶220(HSO4,10 mmol),the isolated yield of adipic acid could reach 90.5 % for 7.5 h under reflux temperature.Such yield was same or better than that obtained from the present research,the catalyst was cheap,easily prepared,and environment-friendly can be recycled easily with no loss of the activity.
