摘要
利用不同处理方法的玉米秸秆超细粉酶解液发酵生产乙醇,考察玉米秸秆的水洗次数、灭菌与碳源加入方式对乙醇发酵的影响.结果表明:玉米秸秆超细粉在水洗5次、酶解前不灭菌、通过分批加料的方式得到的水解液比未水洗、灭菌和旋转蒸发浓缩的水解液乙醇得率分别提高了13%、8.75%和29%.
Cornstalk was used to prepare hydrolysate by enzymolysis and the hydrolysate was fermentated to produce ethanol.The effects of washing times of cornstlk,sterilization and adding pattern of carbon source were studied.The results showed that: when washing times was 5,sterilization was not selected before enzymolysis,adding of carbon source was carried out in batch,the yields of ethanol were improved by 13 %,8.75 % and 29 % respectively in contrast to control group.
