电场作用下橡胶-金属粘接性能研究

摘要 将KSCN和NaSCN加入橡胶中混炼,在电场和热硫化作用下将硫原子直接引入钢丝表面,使其在钢丝表面生成硫化亚铁(FeS)层,并使其与橡胶发生键合,以形成稳定的粘合.通过对橡胶与金属粘接强度测试,研究橡胶中渗硫剂(KSCN和NaSCN)及导电炭黑对橡胶-金属粘接性能的影响. In this experiment,sulfur atoms were directly inducted to the steel wire surface by mixing the rubber added KSCN and NaSCN under the effect of electric field and thermal vulcanization.A layer of iron-ferrous sulfide(FeS) was formed on the surface of the steel wire which can bond with the rubber to form stable adhesion.The effect of sulphurized agent(KSCN and NaSCN)in rubber and conductive carbon black on the adhesive property of rubber-metal was studied and analyzed by rubber and metal adhesive intensity text.
