心肌标志物检测在急性心肌梗死早期诊断中的应用价值分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过测定早期急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清内3种心肌标志物心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(CTn-Ⅰ)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌红蛋白(Mb)的含量,探讨其对检测AMI的早期诊断中的应用价值。方法以我医院2008年3月—2011年2月急诊心内科收治并确诊的30例AMI患者为观察组,同期收治的30例疑似AMI患者为对照组,测定并对比其自入院后24h内不同时刻血清CTn-Ⅰ、CK-MB、Mb的含量变化趋势。结果早期急性AMI患者在发病后不同时段内3种心肌标志物均有不同程度的含量变化。30例AMI早期患者的CTn-Ⅰ、CK-MB、MB含量较对照组有明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心肌标志物CTn-Ⅰ、CK-MB、Mb的联合检测有助于早期诊断AMI,从而能够准确地分析病情,及早对患者做出治疗,有效地降低病死率。
