B型钠尿肽评估腹膜透析患者干体质量的临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨血钠尿肽(BNP)水平在慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者干体质量评估中的临床意义。方法分别测定40例慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者和30例对照组血BNP水平。结果腹膜透析患者达到干体质量组血BNP水平与正常对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),而未达到干体质量组血BNP水平与正常对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论血BNP水平对于腹膜透析患者干体质量评估有重要意义。
