废旧电池液对豌豆根尖细胞的遗传毒性

摘要 以豌豆根尖细胞为材料,用5种品牌的废旧干电池的混合液配制成体积比为5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%(V废旧电池液/V蒸馏水)和原液为诱变剂染色体压片技术,测定豌豆根尖细胞的微核率,染色体畸变率和有丝分裂指数等指标.结果表明:不同体积比的废旧电池液均能诱发豌豆根尖细胞较高的微核和染色体畸变,在5%-25%体积比内,微核率随电池液体积比的增加而升高,当体积比大于25%后,微核率逐渐下降;不同体积比的电池液均能降低根尖细胞有丝分裂指数.废旧电池液对豌豆根尖细胞有较强的遗传毒性. Peas cell micronucleus rate, chromosome aberration rate and mitotic index were determined with mutagen on 5 kinds of waste battery prbportioning concentration of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and chromosome pressing piece of technology with the materials as pea root cells. The results indicated that peas cell micronucleus rate and chromosome aberration could induce with the different proportioning concentration of waste battery liquid, pea cell micronucleus rate increases with proportioning concentration between 5% and 25%, micronucleus rate gradually decreases with proportioning concentration above 25%, lOOt mitosis index reduces with the different proportioning concentration of waste battery liquid. Waste battery liquid has strong hereditary toxicity on pea root cells.
