干旱胁迫对芦竹茎秆萌发和幼苗生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过盆栽试验研究不同土壤水分条件对芦竹茎秆萌发、幼苗形态特征、生物量及叶绿素的影响。结果表明:芦竹幼苗高度、生长速率、叶片面积、生物量、叶绿素随着土壤水分的减少而减小。土壤水分含量对芦竹存活时间具有明显影响,当土壤水分含量小于或等于27.8%时,芦竹陆续出现死亡。试验结果还表明土壤水分含量大于或等于33.3%时茎秆有腋芽萌发。淹水土壤不是芦竹生长的最佳土壤水分条件,当土壤水分含量等于38.9%时,幼苗各指标达到最优,是芦竹生长的最佳水分条件。当土壤水分含量为38.9%~44.4%时,芦竹幼苗各指标都可达到较高水平,是适宜芦竹生长的理想水分条件。 The pot experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of soil moisture on stalk germination,seedling morphological characteristics,biomass and the chlorophyll of Arundo donax.The results showed that seedling height,growth rate,leaf area,biomass and chlorophyll content of Arundo donax seedling decreased with the reduction of soil water content.The soil water content has significant effect on survival time of Arundo donax,and when it was less than or equal to 27.8% the Arundo donax died.The results also showed that when the soil water content was greater than or equal to 33.3%,stalks had axillary bud germination.Waterlogging in soil was not the best soil moisture condition for the growth of Arundo donax.The 38.9% of the soil water content was the best one for the growth of Arundo donax and its growth parameters of the seedling can achieve optimal under this condition.The soil water content ranging from 38.9% to 44.4% was the favorabl condition of Arundo donax growth and each growth parameters of the seedling may achieve the high level.
