摘要
从水利工程管理信息系统构建与应用案例出发,并结合水利当前发展趋势,对实现水利信息化和现代化进行了探讨,指出信息时代下,水利工程管理信息系统的合理高效应用顺应了水利信息化发展要求,通过水利信息化推进了水利现代化,成为水利现代化的信息基础。
From the construction of the hydraulic engineering management information system and the application cases,the paper explores the realization of the hydraulic informationization and its modernization by combining the current development tendency for the hydraulic projects,and points out the reasonable and efficient application of the hydraulic engineering management information system conforms to the development requirements for the hydraulic informationization,so the hydraulic modernization can be improved by the hydraulic informationization and it will become the information foundation for the hydraulic modernization.
