The paper has the primary analysis of the settlement pattern of the current engineering bill pricing,points out some possible problems under the current settlement pattern,and points out some solution measures,that is the inspection system of the construction graphs should be implemented cautiously,the management of the design standards,the cost consultation enterprises of the bidding agent be improved,the systems for the engineering bonding and the engineering insurance be established,and risk transfer system be improved,so as to guide practice.
