Based on summarizing the significance and feasibility of developing green building,the paper analyzes some problems existing in developing green building,puts forward relevant suggestions,such as perfecting management mechanism and implementing support policy and so on,so as to promote comprehensive green building development and to realize the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.
